I am a Latinx social worker, sexologist, educator, and researcher with over ten years of experience within the social services, mental health, and education disciplines. Practicing from a trauma informed, sex positive, anti-oppressive lens, I have a passion for whole health wellness. Utilizing holistic and somatic approaches, I meet individuals where they are with respect and awareness in representation and diversity.
I received my B.S in Behavioral Science and CASAC-T certification from Mercy University, Masters in Social Work and Masters in Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University.
I am certified in Affirmative CBT for LGBTQIA+ populations, Gottman Level 2 Trained in Relationship Counseling and a Family Coach for Strengthening Families.
Areas of focus include sex and relationship dynamics, women’s health and empowerment, emotion and conflict regulation, body dysmorphia, mood/personality disorders, perinatal and maternal healthcare, family systems, addictions management and recovery, Neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC communities; & Polyamory/Kink/alternative lifestyles aware.
