Jamie Maloney, LMSW

 

 

One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Jamie strives to create a comfortable and safe environment for you. She specializes in helping adults navigate major life changes. Many of our thoughts and beliefs we have about ourselves can lead to symptoms of depression and anxiety. Jamie uses cognitive behavioral therapy to assist her clients in identifying negative beliefs and unhealthy thinking patterns.  As a clinician, Jamie strives to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space for exploration. Jamie meets clients where they are at on their therapeutic journey.
