Imari Hardon, LP-MHC

I feel that a therapeutic relationship based on collaboration, trust and respect is essential for an effective journey towards psychological healing, growth and well-being. My areas of expertise include relationship issues, anxiety, self-esteem/body image issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and issues specific to performing artists.

My clinical approach is an eclectic integration that includes psychodynamic techniques, CBT, DBT,  drama therapy, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and yoga.

I received my education at New York University's Mental Health and Wellness Counseling Program and am trained in Psychodrama by one of the foremost Psychodrama Educators, Dr. Nina Garcia. I also have a BFA in Drama from Carnegie Mellon and appeared in Tony Award Winning Broadway musical Avenue Q for 5 years.
